YUTA OKAZAKI DIRECTOR OF TLA and PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
At the collegiate level, Yuta played two years of junior college baseball at University of Connecticut Avery Point, followed by two years in Division-2 baseball at Rollins College. After completing his four years, he spent one year being the student assistant coach for Rollins College. He graduated with an International Business Degree.
Following his college career, he spent three seasons in independent professional baseball leagues. Most recently, he was the bullpen catcher for the Atlanta Braves and Gwinnett Stripers (AAA affiliate).
In addition to taking on the role of the Director of Operations, he will bring his catching, fielding, and hitting knowledge to further develop the members
NICK MONROE DIRECTOR OF PITCHING DEVELOPMENT and HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Nick played collegiate baseball at the Division-1 level for the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While he attended UNCW he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, prior to being drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 21st round of the 2015 MLB Draft. After his playing career, he served as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at his Alma Mater, UNCW, from 2017-2018. He most recently served as a sports performance intern for the nationally recognized training facility, Cressey Sports Performance.
MATT SANCHEZ DIRECTOR OF HITTING
Matt graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science Human Performance. He has interned for Spectrum Sports Performance, Body Tech Performance, as well as BaseballCloud.
His coaching experience ranges from high schools in the Miami area as well as Central Florida. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and is constantly learning to grow and help develop our hitters
